Ancestral dance is a movement meditation, a space that invites you to connect with the cycles of Mother Nature. Through a combination of movement, chants, and pre-Hispanic instruments, we explore the essence of the ancient dance of Mexico: Mexica-Aztec Dance. It is danced as a circle, as a family and as a tribe. The dance invites you to open to your ancestral memory, to connect deeply with your roots, and to better understand who you are in the here and now.
